WHAT IS BPP?

WHAT IS BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION?

Bread and Pastry Production is an exploratory course wich leads you to bread and pastry production Naional Certificate Level II (NCII), It covers 4 common competencies that a grade 7, grade 8, Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) student like you ought to possess.

1.      Use tools and bakery equipments .

2.      Mensuration and calculation.

3.      Maintain tools and equipment, and

4.      Practice occupation health and safety procedures.

These 4 common competencies are covered separately in 4 lessons, each lesson is directed to the attainment of one, two ,three or four learning outcomes.

The Cabadbaran City National High School (CCNHS) together with the TESDA is offering Senior High School programs such as Bread And Pastry Production and other  TVL tracks that consist of NCII, as also belonged to the K-12 Program.

As a student of Cabadbaran City National High Schoool- Senior high school. Bread and pastry Production (BPP) Is one of the very nice track offered here in CCNHS-SHS, It's because this will be the track tthat I would belong as I have my skills in baking, And I never regret of Taking this course Bread and pastry, because of having complete facilities, tools,ang ingridients that it ready to use all the time, and the most important there is that having a NCII. After wards...  

The curriculum is made up of core subject applied tracks and specialized subjects required for the last two years of high school, but this last two years is called as your specialisation or known called as a Major Course in High School, and you can choose your special course depend on Courses Offered of the School where you want to go,This could be must to take as a program of K-12, 

GOOD FOR! 

As a student of Cabadbaran City National high school-SHS and having specialization od Bread And Pastry Production we have already conducted a laboratory training in baking for several times, we have practiced the basic steps and procedure in baking, although it takes some times to learn but we have boost our self to masterize our course.

It was not realy easy compared to the other courses, You need to take some adjustment and time to achieve it, so we finally realize that having a training in school is not enough to develop and master our skill, its not that easy we need to undergo to serious training like emmersion in order to improve knowledge and skills in our course , so i highly recommend that every student of BPP should undergo to an  emmersion  to manage also thierselves.

 Emmersion is not just an ordinary training that would helps us to elevate our selves but it has a big part that contibutes to our learning process, we should not be doudted to join or to participate  to this opportunity beacuse it  could realy helps us to be more productive learners and this is the best way  to cope up with our failures during the laboratory training, we will able to get more skill and knowledge if we go to an emmersion.
